Our corporate values

Mister Spex has five corporate values that guide us in our work and daily interaction with others. All of our values are about how we work together as a team to achieve our goals and try out new ventures. And the way we can continue to advance the company as a whole, as well as ourselves. With a view to finding the smartest possible solutions in day-to-day work, we have also developed working principles based on our corporate values.

Data-driven, knowledge-based and agile procedures are important to us. To make this possible, we put the emphasis on flat hierarchies, personal responsibility, an open feedback culture and transparent cooperation. Above all, the focus of everything we do should always be on our customers and their needs.

We need and support courageous employees who question things. Everyone should feel confident to implement ideas and have the opportunity to do so. It is precisely this creative hunger for development and new impulses that takes us further and allows us to grow.

On the one hand, this means assuming responsibility for our own projects and ideas. As colleagues, we recognise that we are responsible for solving problems and not letting them stop us. In this way, we all make our contribution to developing the company in the right direction every day.

We are convinced that an open feedback culture plays a decisive role. An exchange of ideas is key to building a team and enabling each member to develop further. This is the only way to identify and solve problems early on. It is essential to share relevant information transparently within the company – we need proactive communication. In addition, not only do we want to give feedback, but also accept it. It is important to us to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and can express their opinion. Preferably as open, constructive and specific feedback on the spot. This allows us to continually develop ourselves and Mister Spex further.

No matter someone’s background or where they come from, we should treat each person in the same, open, positive and respectful manner. We recognise that different opinions, ideas and approaches make up a team’s potential. A constructive exchange can only take place when dealing with each other respectfully, even when things get heated – and that makes the team strong.
