Corporate Compliance
Open cooperation and the acceptance of responsibility are key values at Mister Spex. We act in accordance with high ethical and legal standards, which we have laid down for cooperation with our suppliers in our Code of Conduct and for our employees in our Code of Ethics. In the event of violations of our Code, these can be reported to the Corporate Compliance Team via a whistleblowing system, anonymously if desired.
Supplier Code of Conduct & Declaration of Principles on Respect for Human Rights
The Supplier Code of Conduct is our code of conduct for our suppliers and service providers. It is intended to serve as a guideline and formulates a minimum standard of ethical and lawful conduct. Mister Spex expects each of its suppliers and service providers to comply with these standards of conduct and thus strives to act responsibly as a whole. Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics is a guideline and is intended to provide employees with orientation in order to act according to defined ethical and legal standards within the scope of their activities. In addition, the Code of Ethics describes the standards that Mister Spex adheres to so that it is the perfect match for every Spexie as a company.

Whistleblowing system
The aim of our Whistleblower Policy is to cultivate a culture of integrity within the Mister Spex SE organisation, promote ethical behaviour and foster a speak-up culture in which misconduct is reported early and safely. Whistleblowers are particularly important for maintaining an open and transparent society, as they have the courage to expose wrongdoing. This whistleblower policy is intended to take account of the Whistleblower Protection Act and to concretise and supplement the handling of information for the Group.

Since the beginning of 2021, Mister Spex has provided employees, customers, suppliers and other third parties with an electronic whistleblower system that enables protected communication with the Mister Spex compliance team regarding legal violations or grievances within the company. Whistleblowers are free to choose whether they wish to give their name or remain anonymous.
