Our business operations at our headquarters in Berlin have one clear goal: to grow together! This requires very different disciplines. Every department from the HR department to bookkeeping and purchasing relies on common systems and structures are used as well as personal exchange and close teamwork to ensure all the prerequisites for the continued success of Mister Spex are met.
Your personality is our strength
Our recruiters are largely responsible for inspiring motivated and talented personalities for all Mister Spex divisions. From the stores to our logistics centre to online marketing and product management, our recruiters shape and form our #Teamspex from the very first moment. In addition to the recruiters, our HR business partners support the teams in their organisational development so that they are always optimally positioned for the future. This also includes personal support and counselling for individual employees: from multi-level cultural on-boarding to professional training.
Numbers don’t lie
The finance team works closely with our business intelligence unit. Because the evaluations, forecasts, and calculations by controllers, data scientists, and analysts are the basis for essential strategic business decisions. The finance department also includes the legal department and, of course, the accounting team, which is more process-orientated and, in particular, is responsible for all payment processes and the corresponding audits at Mister Spex.

The retail & omnichannel excellence team has the demanding task of optimally linking all processes & tools from our local store business with those online to guarantee smooth and fast services and consistently ensure that they continue to improve. This also includes the maintenance and expansion of our international network of partner opticians.
