Mister Spex has provided employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties with an electronic whistleblowing system since the beginning of 2021, which enables protected communication with the internal reporting office of Mister Spex regarding legal violations or grievances within the company. Whistleblowers are free to choose whether to provide their name or remain anonymous. Mister Spex SE has appointed the law firm FS-PP Berlin as the internal reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and the complaints office pursuant to § 8 of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) as an external trusted attorney.
