Open cooperation and the acceptance of responsibility are key values at Mister Spex. We act in accordance with high ethical and legal standards, which we have laid down for cooperation with our suppliers in our Supplier Code of Conduct and for our employees in our Code of Conduct. In the event of violations of our Code, these can be reported to the Corporate Compliance team via a whistleblowing system, anonymously if desired.

The Supplier Code of Conduct is our code of conduct for our suppliers and service providers. It is intended to serve as a guideline and formulates a minimum standard of ethical and lawful conduct. Mister Spex expects each of its suppliers and service providers to comply with these standards of conduct and thus strives to act responsibly as a whole. Our Code of Conduct is a guideline and is intended to provide employees with orientation in order to act according to defined ethical and legal standards within the scope of their activities. In addition, the Code of Conduct describes the standards that Mister Spex adheres to so that it is the perfect match for every Spexie as a company.

Mister Spex has provided employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties with an electronic whistleblowing system since the beginning of 2021, which enables protected communication with the internal reporting office of Mister Spex regarding legal violations or grievances within the company. Whistleblowers are free to choose whether to provide their name or remain anonymous. Mister Spex SE has appointed the law firm FS-PP Berlin as the internal reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and the complaints office pursuant to ยง 8 of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) as an external trusted attorney.
